The rule. The application is in Form No. 119, made by a person who opts for dispute resolution under section 379 in respect of a dispute arising from a variation in the specified order in his case and who fulfils the specified conditions (sub-rule 1), with a fee of Rs. 1,000 (sub-rule 2). Rule 199 defines "specified order" and "specified conditions".
